Finance and Fee Management

The Finance module handles fee structures, invoices, payments, and financial reporting.

Fee Structures

Define fee components (tuition, transport, hostel, library) per class. Set amounts, due dates, and discount rules.

Invoices

Generate invoices for individual students or in bulk. Invoices are emailed to parents and visible in the parent portal.

Payments

Accept payments online via Paystack, Flutterwave, or bank transfer. Record cash payments manually. Reconciliation is automatic for online payments.

Reports

Generate revenue reports, outstanding balances, defaulter lists, and payment trends. Export to CSV or PDF for accounting.
