API Documentation

iSchool exposes a REST API for third-party integrations. All endpoints require an API key passed in the apikey header.

Authentication

Send your API key in the apikey header of every request. API keys can be generated in the dashboard under Settings > API Keys.

Rate Limits

Default rate limit is 120 requests per minute per API key. Contact support for higher limits.

Endpoints

- GET /api/v1/students — list students

- POST /api/v1/students — create student

- GET /api/v1/students/:id — get student

- PATCH /api/v1/students/:id — update student

- DELETE /api/v1/students/:id — delete student

Similar patterns exist for staff, classes, courses, invoices, payments, and all other entities.

Webhooks

Subscribe to webhooks for events like new student, payment received, or attendance marked. Webhooks can be configured in the dashboard.
